China have won the 2017 Shooting World Cup Finals with 218 points – a highly impressive 15.5% of the total points on offer.

Italy came second with 136 points (9.7% of the points on offer) and Serbia was third with 110 points (7.8% of the points on offer).

The USA, Spain, France, India, the Ukraine, Germany and Hungary rounded out the Top Ten.

There were a total of 1404 points, across 18 events, up for grabs at the Finals which took place in New Delhi, India, and finished on 30th October.
At the time of publication, the Finals’ results weren’t yet reflected in the GSN tables.

The results underlined the value of strength in depth. China had 25 top-8 results in the Finals compared to Italy’s 13 and Serbia’s 9 (the top 8 finishers in each event score Greatest Sporting Nation points).

China have never failed to win the Shooting Global Cup, the ranking of the best nations in the sport, since GSN records began in 2008.
