GSN Runs the World - Help Needed!
Greatest Sporting Nation Founder, Dan Thompson, is shortly due to start a new international sports challenge.
The Run the World Challenge will take Dan from the Olympic Park in London to the Olympic stadium in Tokyo, via a 10 km run in every country in the world. In total, he is planning to run 2020 km between now and the start of the 2020 Olympic Games, visiting every country that is part of the IOC and running 10 km in Rio de Janeiro during the 2016 Olympics.
Dan commented, “ I would love to hear from any GSN fan who’d like to join me for a 10 km run (or swim, skate, cross country ski, mountain trek etc.) or who could recommend a great 10 km route in their country.”
GSN co-founders Hans Stocker and Nic Mira will be joining Dan in some of the countries and added, “We’re really looking forward to visiting countries we’ve never been to before, and to meeting GSN enthusiasts around the world.”
